Mustang Kingdom, Nepal

14 days
Unique experience in forbidden Kingdom

Traditional Buddhist houses with colorful prayer flags, centuries-old Buddhist temples, Himalayan mountains, Tibetan people with their calm positive lifestyle and traditions - for all this we go to the Mustang Kingdom or, as it is also called, the Kingdom of Lo. Foreigners were allowed to visit this closed remote area on a border with Tibet only in the 1991 year. The Kingdom is located on Nepal territory, but it all inhabited by Tibetan people. We will walk for five days from the lowest village of the kingdom, Kagbeni village, to the kingdom's capital, Lo Manthang, after trekking we fly in a small airplane over the Himalayas to stay and relax on the Phewa lake in Pokhara. We will stay for a couple of days in Kathmandu with its tiny vibrant streets and will spend half a day in the ancient city Patan to see its Buddhist temples and, of course, we will fall in love with magical Nepal forever!
