Each tour that I organize in the Himalayas consists of three parts. The first part is the introduction to the region, during which we explore the capital of the country and nearby cities. Then the main part starts - we hike in the Himalayan mountains for several days, usually ranging from five to ten days. We hike in comfort mode without carrying heavy backpacks and stay in houses in Buddhist villages instead of sleeping in tents. After long-distance hiking, there is always time to relax at the lake - that is the third part of each tour, where we celebrate our hiking adventure, chill near the water, enjoy yoga classes, shop in local stores, and dine on traditional dishes in cafes and restaurants.
